Electric superheater
What is an electric superheater?
The electric superheater’s job is to raise the temperature of the steam above the temperature relative to its pressure by means of electrical heating elements.
The heating element bundle is attached to the pressurised body through a flanged connection and incorporates temperature transmitters to provide high temperature protection for the heating elements.
The terminal box with filtered ventilation is located on the outside end.
The boiler body is equipped with an electrical cabinet that provides power and thermal insulation, constructed using rock wool of the customer-specified thickness and finished with an aluminium sheet coating.
We manufacture electric superheaters tailored to each customised situation. Contact us for information about your project.
